Any requested cancellations less than 2 Days from departure time will not receive a refund. We do operate rain or shine but not with heavy winds (sustained at 28mph or above) or any lightning within an 8 mile radius. In the event of unsafe operable conditions, the operator reserves the right to reschedule. We will always do our best to reschedule & accommodate. A future non-expiring credit can be issued for any weather related cancellations.
