Marcus was a big presence during this event. Coaches were impressed with his size and movement. He plays with a good base, and gets into a very low stance. He has fast hands and can get off the ball quickly. He performed well in drills, and can play on the right or left side. Very high ceiling for this stud tackle.

Big Cash had a good showing at this event. He was one of the biggest tackles and moved well during drills. He plays with a wide base and has quick feet and hands. Competition is when he showed out winning several reps against highly ranked lineman and hustling back for more. Coaches spent much of the weekend talking about his potential. A certain standout amongst some of the best in in the country.

Sean quickly found his stride in drills and soon coaches understood why he was selected to this event. He has a quick first step and uses his hands well. He plays better on the edge, and can play on the right or left. In competition, he held his own against excellent competition and won his share of reps. It’s always good to see a New England player perform well against national competition.

Brandon was one of the shining stars at this event. He impressed coaches right away with a quick first step and violent hands. He displayed fast feet and good bend during drills. In competition, Brandon went right to work, blowing past blockers routinely and using a mix of moves to win most of his reps. He was a solid contributor on defense and helped lead his team to the semifinals and a 2nd place finish. A certain presence on the edge, and a player to watch out for this summer.

David Santiago

David was one of the hardest working players at the showcase. He was locked in with the coaches during drills, and then displayed all of his talent in competition. He has a great burst and first step, and uses a mix of moves to get past blockers. He dazzled coaches with a superb spin move, and won many of his reps. One of the youngest to compete, but a bright star. Keep an eye on this player, he will be special.
